Discover the delicious taste of white cherry tomatoes. Delicate and juicy albino fruits contain virtually no acid and have a sweet sugar taste.
Mid-early (from germination to the beginning of ripening 100-108 days), tall variety (up to 2 m high), recommended for growing in film greenhouses and open ground (with garter to supports). Fruits are formed in long brushes. Brushes carry 15-25 tomatoes that ripen at the same time. Fruit weight is about 25 g.
The color is close to ivory, and at biological maturity a light blush appears. Tomatoes are used whole and cut in half in salads, decorate canapes, desserts and cocktails. They are ideal for "multi-colored" canning. Productivity: 8-9 kg/m2.
Agrotechnics.
Sowing for seedlings in late March - early April. Picking at the first true leaf stage. Planting seedlings in early to mid-May at the age of 45-50 days (if April is warm, planting is possible at the end of April). Form into one stem, removing all "stepchildren". When the 5th inflorescence is formed, begin to remove the lower leaves 2-3 per week. After the formation of 8-10 brushes, pinch the shoot, leaving 2 leaves above the last brush.
Planting pattern 40x60 cm.
1 gram = 350-500 seeds.

Place walnuts, garlic, coriander, rosemary, oregano (or Provencal herbs) and hot pepper in a blender and chop briefly.
Then add 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp. water and chop again until smooth. Pass the resulting mass through a sieve.
Place the washed and dried cherry tomatoes in pre-sterilized jars, pour boiling water over them and leave for 20 minutes so that the tomatoes warm up well, then drain the boiling water.
Then fill the tomatoes halfway with the previously obtained mass and top up with boiling water, close the lid tightly.
